We quote all prices / charges to you in written form. Quoted prices are good for 30 days from the date noted on the quote form we send you. Quotes will include tax and our best estimate on shipping costs.
When converting a quote to an order, we'll fill out an order form and fax it to you for your approval. We will also require your approval on the artwork we will use on your order (see our artwork policies). Quick turn-around on your approvals will help us to fulfill your order in the shortest amount of time.
We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. When you give order approval, we will charge your card for half of the approved order total. Upon shipment or delivery of your order, we will charge your card for the remaining half of the order. Prior to proceeding with an order we will gain approval for the full amount of the order from the issuer of your credit card.
Our quotes to you will always include our best estimate on shipping costs, however you will be responsible for paying the actual shipping charges incurred. We primarily ship UPS ground, but we have other shipping methods available such as: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and UPS 3-Day Select for an additional charge. If you'd prefer to use another carrier, special arrangements can be made. We will contact you prior to shipping to verify shipping charges you'll incur due due to any special handling.
A 5% to 10% over or under run will consider the order correct and is typical in the promotional products industry. In the event that there is an over run to your order, your credit card will reflect the additional charge. In the event the order is less Printerator will promptly issue a credit to your credit card.
Cancelled orders are subject to payment of all costs incurred to the point of production. In certain instances, depending upon the reasons for cancellation, it may also require a processing fee up to $125.00, our actual cost of processing an order.
