Your image must be high resolution .tif file or a vectored image with file extension of .eps.
You can not convert a .tif file into an .eps file in photoshop and expect it to be vectored. Vectored files must be created in Illustrator or Corel or similar graphics program.
If you are not sure your image meets our requirements, you can send it to us and we will let you know if it will work.
If you need help with your artwork, we can do so for $35/hour.
